Connect an MCP client
Get the server URL, create access, configure a compatible client, and test a read-only call.

Use an MCP client that supports a remote HTTP server and bearer or OAuth authentication. Keep the client updated and use a device you control.
Setup#
- In Tabbio Settings, open MCP access.
- Copy the server URL shown for your environment.
- Choose personal and, if needed, company workspace access.
- Create the token and copy the secret immediately; it is shown once.
- Add the server URL and secret to the client's secure MCP configuration.
- Start with a read-only tool such as listing CVs or retrieving a profile.
Client-specific differences#
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini CLI, and Grok can expose remote MCP configuration differently. Follow the client's current connection UI and never paste the token into the conversation body. Perplexity remains marked coming soon in Tabbio's current catalog.
