Manage purchase ownership, plan access, renewals, restoration, and company seats.
f701b2d7Your plan and the account that bought it decide which paid features are available. Employer plans can also include a set number of team seats. An admin access grant does not create paid seats.
How do I manage or cancel a plan?#
Use the store or billing portal where you made the purchase. Cancelling normally stops the next renewal. Your paid access usually continues until the current period ends.
How do I restore a purchase?#
Choose Restore purchases after you change device or reinstall the app. Sign in to the same Tabbio account and the same store account that made the purchase.
If access is still missing, contact support with the plan, platform, purchase time, and receipt identifier. Hide full payment details before you send anything.
