Tailor your CV for a role

Start from evidence#

A tailored version is a distinct copy built from your real profile and main CV. It can emphasize relevant experience, reorder sections, and adjust the summary for a target role.

Keep variants purposeful#

Name the variant clearly and tie it to a role or application. Avoid creating many nearly identical versions that are hard to audit. Factual changes should return to the shared profile. Role-specific emphasis stays in the version you tailored.

Review generated language#

AI can draft wording, but it cannot invent achievements, employers, dates, credentials, or metrics. Compare each change with the source evidence before using it.

How do I delete a version I no longer need?#

Open Settings → Account → Data management, select the CV by title, then choose Delete this CV in its controls. Read the confirmation before continuing. See Manage and delete your data for what is removed. To keep the CV and stop public access, review its controls in Privacy.
