Your personal workspace owns your career profile, CVs, job preferences, applications, private library items, and personal AI context. Do not share account credentials or reusable access tokens.
Company workspaces#
A company workspace keeps recruiting activity, jobs, candidates, shared library content, and team permissions separate from personal career data. The active workspace determines which company-scoped records and tools are available.
Switching safely#
Check the workspace name before publishing a job, moving a candidate, sharing a library asset, or approving an external AI action. MCP tokens can be personal, company-scoped, or mixed; a mixed token may require the client to supply an explicit company identifier.
For employer workflows, continue to company workspaces.
