Manage and delete your data

Open Settings → Account → Data management to choose what you want to remove. Data management is also listed directly in Settings. You can manage individual items while keeping your account.

How do I delete a saved CV?#

1. Find the CV under Your CVs and select its title.
2. Review the explanation in the dialog or bottom sheet. Check the title, especially if you have similar versions.
3. Choose Delete this CV.
4. Read the confirmation and confirm the deletion.

This permanently removes that CV and its sharing links and invitations. It does not delete your main profile or other CVs. A CV selected for Auto Match shows a warning because deletion also clears that selection. Choose another CV before using it again.

How do I remove details from my main CV?#

Under Your CVs, choose Main CV and profile to open the section list. Open the relevant section, such as work experience, education, skills, summary, or contact details, then use its existing editor to remove entries or edit fields and save.

Your main CV uses profile information. Other CVs may reuse that information, while saved copies may keep their own details. Review every CV that contains information you want to remove. Account sign-in details are managed separately under Settings → Account → Manage account. Verified identity fields may need UAE PASS disconnection before editing.

How do I disconnect UAE PASS?#

1. Open Data management and select UAE PASS under Identity and connections.
2. Review the connection details, then choose Disconnect UAE PASS.
3. Read the explanation and confirm.

This removes the UAE PASS connection, verification badge, and stored UAE PASS identity record from Tabbio. Your Tabbio account, name, email, and CV information remain. It does not delete your UAE PASS account. You can continue signing in with your Tabbio email. See UAE PASS for linking and sign-in help.

How do I clear AI memory or service access?#

Open AI memory under Memory and account, then choose Clear AI memory to remove saved working memory. Chats, CVs, and account data remain. Future conversations can save new memories. Open AI & Memory to review its other controls.

Open Connected services under Identity and connections, then choose the relevant service or app access controls to disconnect it or revoke a token. Removing access in Tabbio does not itself delete information that another service already received.

How do I delete my entire account?#

Under Memory and account, choose Delete account and account data, then follow the account-deletion confirmation steps. Account deletion is permanent and removes the Tabbio account and the data it owns. Read the subscription and search-result information shown in the deletion flow before confirming.

If you only want to stop public access, use Privacy. You do not need to delete your account to make your main CV private.

Frequently asked questions#

Can I undo a CV or account deletion?#

No. These deletion actions are permanent. Check the selected CV or account and read the confirmation before continuing.

Does deletion remove copies held elsewhere?#

It cannot recall files that someone already downloaded or copies sent to employers or other services. Those copies are outside these settings.

If deletion reports an error, your account has not finished deleting. Some cleanup may already have completed. Keep the account available and retry; do not treat an error as confirmation that all data was removed.
