The Library keeps roles, candidates, collections, saved searches, hiring projects, project stages, and imported CVs together for company work. Stars and rejection states help the team sort candidate records.
What is a shortlist?#
A shortlist is a focused group of candidates for one review decision. It is separate from a Library collection or hiring project. You can invite an external reviewer to record a decision and feedback without opening the whole company workspace.
How should we protect candidate information?#
Use candidate information from a known source, limit access, and remove reviewer access when the review ends. Imported CVs and private feedback must stay out of public docs and marketing content.
