Choose public, private, PDF, DOCX, JSON, and access-controlled sharing appropriately.

Publishing creates a canonical public CV URL. Only publish information you intend anyone with the URL to see. Search visibility can be controlled separately where available.
Private sharing#
A private share link or access grant is better for a specific reviewer. Treat the link as sensitive and revoke it when access is no longer needed.
Exports#
PDF is the most predictable visual format. DOCX is editable and can reflow between applications. JSON is machine-readable. Always open the final file and check text, dates, links, page breaks, and contact details before sending.
