Channel eligibility#

Push requires a usable device token. Email requires a deliverable address and the matching preference. In-product inbox messages can remain available when an external channel is unavailable.

Preferences#

Control product, job, application, recruiting, and marketing communication from the available preference screens. Transactional or security messages may follow different rules from promotional communication.

Troubleshooting#

Check operating-system permission, device registration, email filters, and the Tabbio preference. A sent state means Tabbio handed the message to the configured provider; final delivery can still be affected by the destination service.
